Photo story: Stacy Roopnarine gets married

Minister in the Ministry of Works and MP for  Oropouche West, Stacy Roopnarine, got married Saturday to Businessman Damian Lyder in a traditional Hindu ceremony at the bride's home, Goodman Trace. Several cabinet minister, including, Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar attended the ceremony.  "Stacy...has for people and the love and conviction and courage with which she represents and advocates the interest in the Cabinet. She is passionate about issues she believes in and she represents the people well," AG Anand Ramlogan told guests. Pandits Abhedanand Persad Sharma and Ashook Maharaj officiated.
