One Caribbean Media to acquire CITADEL

Citadel Limited has entered into an acquisition agreement with One Caribbean Media Group (OCM), the parent company of CCN. Both parties signed the agreement Tuesday for the acquisition of the assets of Citadel by OCM. 

Local media reported that under the terms of the agreement jobs and talent at Citadel would be protected.

The deal also guarantees continuity of the quality of the radio network of three stations: I95.5FM, Red96.7 and HITZ 107.1FM.

One Caribbean Media Limited owns the Trinidad Express newspaper and the Nation Newspaper in Barbados. (Read more in the TRINIDAD EXPRESS)
