Letter: Lawyer cannot blame AG for extraditing client to US

I cannot understand how Doreen Alexander and her attorney can blame the Government for her prompt extradition to the US.

Unless Ms Alexander's attorney obtained the court order to prevent her extradition the Attorney General had no choice but to extradite her to the States.

If such an order was in fact made by the court and the Attorney General breached that order by extraditing Alexander that would have been a contempt of court.

Complaining to the newspapers and trying to scandalize the Government from acting swiftly has a mere hint of a sore loser written all over it.
Go to Court and prove your case. Don't fight it in the media Mr West!

After all, it seems as if it is a case of damned if you do, damned if you don't.
