Raymond Ramnarine is the 2013 Lotto Plus Chutney Soca Monarch.The leader of the Dil-e-Nadan band won the $1 million first prize on Saturday night at Skinner Park, San Fernando. He returned to the competition after 13 years and took the crown from defender monarch Kris "KI" Persad, who placed third.

Rikki Jai, six-time Chutney Soca Monarch, placed second with "Ent yuh know".
