De Lima resolution calls for Jack's dismissal, asks COP to leave PP if Jack stays

A document circulating on the Internet purporting to be from the Vernon De Lima is calling on Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar to fire National Security Minister Jack Warner. 

The resolution from the Congress of the People (COP) Deputy Chairman is dated September 9, which is this Sunday. It states that if Persad-Bissessar fails to remove Warner then the COP "will dissociate itself entirely from the the People's Partnership."

Jyoti has been unable to determine if the document is authentic and whether the signature is that of De Lima.
