The Consulate General of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in New York will be fully accessible to the public will be open for business from Thursday 6 December, 2012.
In a media release the Consulate has advised all persons who have appointments scheduled for that date and onwards to visit the Consulate General as scheduled.
The office had to be closed because of damage caused by the recent hurricane that devastated parts of New York and other states.
The Consulate General said it would contact persons whose appointments were canceled because of the unexpected closure of the office. The Consulate General has advised that such persons should visit only after contacted by staff.
