Letter: Youth excited over appointment of Jwala Rambarran as CB governor

Dear Editor,

Will you please publish this letter for me? Use my headline..."Kamla tells older folks to park to one side."

It's the first time I'm ever sending a letter to the editor and it's all because of the appointment of the new Central Bank Governor. 

I'm like wowed over Jwala Rambarran's appointment because it gives fresh hope to many young, highly intelligent Trinbagonian citizens. Swear to God, many of us have been thinking it's only when you get old you get a top job in this place? 

New, vibrant ideas are what we need more than ever at the topper levels, otherwise we would never overcome the negative image the media loves to highlight about the youths Trinidad and Tobago produce.

I'm so excited the Prime Minister is up to the task of showing initiative and giving youths a chance to take the lead. We are in the 21st century after all, aren't we?

Btw, I hope the older folks who read this letter love it and don't get hyper over it.
