Photo story: More seats for Carnival

Chairman of the National Carnival Commission (NCC) Kenny da Silva confirmed Sunday that construction of the Grand Stand and North Stand at the Queen’s Park Savannah is on schedule. he expects the stands to be ready by February 10. The NCC is hoping to have accommodation for 25,000 people.
