Attorney General Anand Ramlogan told local media Saturday he has taken court action to force Opposition Leader Keith Rowley to pay him $12,000 owning as a result of a court order made in January.
The order by Justice Andre Des Vignes was in relation to one of a series of lawsuits Ramlogan has brought against Rowley. The judge had given Rowley until the end of February to settle the bill.
The court documents filed by Ramlogan give Rowley seven days to pay the $12,000.
