Last time, hotshot Senator Fitzy Hinds filed a petition with the Sebate Presiding Officer. His plan was to haul Minister Jack Warner before the Privileges Committee. He argued Warner lied when answering questions about ex gratia payments to ex Commissioner Gibbs and ex Deputy Commissioner.
Senate President, Tim Hamel-Smith, kick up Hinds real bad. He cuff down Al-Rawi too. In essence, Tim suggest Hinds and Al-Rawi was tripping or kicksing. He point out none of them ever ask Jack any question but was only dropping hints or inuendos.
Tim went down in deep records from Parliaments all over the Commonwealth to come up with a gem - that if they have a question, they must ask it, not expect people to read their minds!
