What sort of foolish hunger strike is this where Kublalsingh has an ambulance standing by which rushes him to the nursing home to be given IV fluids and IV nutrition only for him to reappear after a day or two to continue his so called 'hunger strike', with the ambulance waiting to rush him to a nursing home for a 'top up' of IV fluids as soon as he can take it no more.
