LIAT completing upgrade for better service

Regional airline LIAT is upgrading its Computerised Reservations System (CRS) which handles all reservations and its Departure Control System (DCS), which is used for check-in. The airline expects to complete the exercise on Wednesday October 24.

Over the past several months, LIAT has been putting the necessary plans in place and all systems are go for the upgrade.

LIAT's reservations system, which has been down since the start of the upgrade, will be back in operation at 9:00 am on October 24.
LIAT is confident that the new CRS, which also has the capability for new features such as web check-in which will be added over time, will vastly improve the customer experience.
