Letter: 3,000 marchers means 80 per constituency, Rowley. That's a failing grade

Well, Dr Rowley! I hope you're satisfied now? 

I told you not to proceed with your silly march because it makes no sense showing your hand if you don't have enough to take the Queen and the Jack. But no, you wouldn't listen! Why didn't you come to Mr Rahman's funeral instead of digging your own grave with a failed march?

Two years ago you alone got nearly 9,000 votes in one constituency. How come only 3,000 persons turned out to march with you after you put out a call for the whole country to join you? Doesn't that tell you something Dr Rowley? I think it does. 

In case you didn't get it, what it means is, only about 80 persons per constituency give a hoot about what all your huffing and puffing and blowing off steam. Settle down young man! Settle down! Hurry bird never build good nest! 

Plus, what would you do if somebody like Kamla or Jack decide to call out their troops in a march in support of the government? Don't you think they would pull a much bigger crowd than you? And more balanced one too? 

I did see some pictures of your marching band and I find it sorrowful nearly 95% are of African descent and about three quarters seem to be middle aged or older. I have to ask myself if PNM is a dying band under you Dr Rowley? Where are the youths? Where are the non Africans?

My grandson has an expression he uses to describe when people try something in a foolish manner and then fall flat on their face. I'll end by using it to describe your march. Epic fail, Dr Rowley, epic fail!
