Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar will deliver the feature address at the launch of Colour Me Orange - Phase III on Tuesday at the Trinidad Hilton and Conference Centre at 9:00 a.m.
The “Colour Me Orange” program, being held under the aegis of the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC), began in March 2010 and has so far been a great success.

The 2011 launch will mark the start of the program, where over 2,000 young men and women will be employed for three months.
They will carry out the rehabilitation and refurbishment of H.D.C. rental communities, and address the backlog of repairs that have been outstanding in rental properties across Trinidad.
H.D.C.’s rental estates are located in Port of Spain East, Port of Spain West, Port of Spain Central, Morvant, Maloney, San Fernando and Couva.
Dr Roodal Moonilal, Minister of Housing and the Environment, and other officials will also adress the event.
