Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar Prime Minister and Trinidad & Tobago's High Commissioner for London, Garvin Nicholas, met in London on Thursday with representatives of WPP, the world's largest Marketing Services Group and the Directors of the internationally recognised golf body, PowerPlay Golf.
The meeting discussed Trinidad & Tobago's plan to to use Sports and Entertainment events to drive economic impact and long term infrastructure and tourism investment benefits.
David Stubley and Ben Barker from WPP, Ken Schofield (former Executive Director of Golf's European Tour) and David Piggins, Directors of PowerPlay Golf attended the meeting.
PowerPlay Golf is an exciting made for television golf format that is due to be held in five international destinations in 2012.
