Selwyn 'Robocop' Alexis is to scheduled to attend court in Chaguanas on Tuesday to answer a charge of murder, one day after his first court date in San Fernando on Monday.
Police arrested Alexis last week at the posh One Woodbrook Place.
He is charged with the 2008 murder of Vincent Emmanuel Simmons who was shot in the head at his home at Enterprise, Chaguanas. He is also being held for his alleged affiliation to gangs.
Police have seized a laptop computer and other documents from the apartment where they arrested Alexis. They also found two stolen vehicles in the basement of the high-rise complex.
Last year Alexis was acquitted on charges of kidnapping, robbery, larceny and receiving stolen goods.
