Police have busted a gun making operation in south Trinidad and seized gun parts, cartridges, ammunition and at least one fully assembled shotgun.
Chaguanas CID and Task Force officers made the raid Sunday at the illegal gun manufacturing operation at Cemetery Street in Princes Town.
Police say the parts seized were enough to make three more guns.
A 38-year-old man detained at the site is reported to have told police he has been making guns for the past eight years for sale to hunters in the area.
