PNM launches big raffle

The opposition People's National Movement is launching a three-car raffle Friday at the Arima Velodrome. The party will later unveil the grand prizes - a BMW SUV and two BMW cars - at the Brian Lara Promenade at 4.30 pm. Tickets are $100 each.
