T&T cabinet to meet in Tobago; retreat and political rally also planned

Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar and her cabinet will meet in Tobago again this week as part of a three-day event, which will include Thursday's cabinet meeting.

The cabinet meeting is scheduled to be held at the Coco reef Hotel. The visit also includes a retreat for cabinet and parliamentarians.

In addition, a political rally is planned for Saturday at the Old Market Square in Scarborough, starting at 7:00pm.

The leader of the Tobago Organisation of the People (TOP) Ashworth Jack has described the rally as Tobago's version of the anniversary celebrations that were held in Chaguanas on May 24.
