Persad-Bissessar led a powerful delegation comprising government ministers and officials and private sector business leaders to the World Economic Summit in Rio de Janeiro.
During the five-day visit she held bilateral talks with several big business, including PETROBAS, the Brazilian energy giant that is one of the biggest of its kind in the world.
