The Works and Transport Minister made then comments as he opened a new project in the constituency, which is represented by his junior minister Stacy Roopnarine.

Warner said the infrastructure in the constituency is so bad it would take fix to fix everything. he joked that “by the time Stacy finished fixing this constituency she will be a grandmother.”

Roopnarine thanked Warner for the $34 million investment in the constituency and presented him with a photo collage of his last visit to the constituency.
