West Indies marched to their third straight win when they toppled Sri Lanka by nine wickets on Saturday, to remain unbeaten in the ICC Women’s Challenge in South Africa.
Off-spinner Anisa Mohammed took four for 26 to help bowl out the Sri Lankans for 165 all out after they won the toss and chose to bat first.
Teenaged opener Stafanie Taylor ended the games with an unbeaten 68 – her third successive score over fifty – as the Windies cruised to 166 for one off 28.4 overs.
Fellow opener Juliana Nero scored 52 while captain Merissa Aguilleira finished on 37 not out.
West Indies beat the Netherlands by 148 runs in their first match on Wednesday and followed up with a 165-run victory over Ireland on Thursday.
