Who are these people? And why should we care? They are former Toronto city councillors Gordon Cressy and Joanne Campbell, who have left Canada and now live in Tobago.
Sure many people leave home and live in another country. For example tens of thousands of Trinis have left home and more live in Toronto, so what's the big deal?
