The United National Congress (UNC) has been circulating a document (see graphic above) that it says shows the cost overruns of of $3 billion in several projects undertaken by UDeCOTT, the Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago.On Tuesday night, the party raised the issue and pointed out while billions have been spent on projects that are not yet completed, people across the country are without the most basic needs such as water.
