Trinidad and Tobago's attorney general promised Thursday that on Tuesday he will lay in parliament an "unsanitized" copy of the Report of the Commission of Enquiry into the Urban Development Corporation of T&T (UDeCOTT) and the construction sector.
Commission chairman Prof John Uff presented the report to President Max Richards on Monday.
John Jeremie said everyone should wait until the report is made public before making judgments on the matter. Canadian forensic investigator Robert Lindquist is conducting two probes.
One involves the Brian Lara Stadium at Torouba; the other is related to perjury allegations in the award of a contract to build the Ministry of Legal Affairs Towers, Port-of-Spain.
Jeremie reminded reporters that former UDeCOTT executive chairman has not been charged with any offence and as a private citizen he is free to travel and that he is under no obligation to return home.
