Membership chairman Kelvin Ramnath told the Trinidad Express Tuesday members can register at constituency offices on Wednesday and Thursday.
He said the party made the decision after some members who have party cards complained they their names were not on the list.
"If you have a valid membership card and your name is not on the final list, we are not going to deny you the right to vote. We are asking such persons to visit their constituency officers, or my office in Couva South," Ramnath said.
However he stressed that only persons with valid membership cards will get their names on the supplemental list.
Chaguanas West MP Jack Warner and Siparia MP Kamla Persad-Bissessar have both complained about discrepancies in the voters' list. However it is only Warner who has documented his concerns in various letters and emails to party officials.
Both of them have urged their supporters to be extra vigilant and ensure that they can vote on Sunday.
Ramnath has dismissed Warner's allegations that the Panday camp is trying to steal the elections, saying there is no room for any rigging. He said there are proper checks and balances in place and everything is being conducted according to the standards of the Elections and Boundaries Commission (EBC).
"It’s going to be a very fair process. As I said, I have received no complaints other than from Jack Warner," Ramnath told the paper.
