Kamla Persad-Bissessar told Chaguanas West voters on Monday night that despite Jack Warner's claims of representation the records show a different picture.
She said people need to forget the talk and examine Warner's record, which she said is not as impressive as he would like people to believe.
"As I walked through this constituency, I saw the neglect in spite of all the money we approved I had to ask, where the money gone?" she declared.
The Prime Minister said said between 2010 and 2012 the government handed Warner more than $256 million from the PURE program for infrastructure works in Chaguanas West alone.
Persad-Bissessar also stated that Warner was using state resources to build a constituency outside of Chaguanas West to advance his personal agenda.
Persad-Bissessar said no one should trust Warner. "The last time he ousted a UNC mayor by conspiring with the PNM enemy. He said that was collateral damage because he was really going for the leader.
"You know what is his next move? He is coming for your leader. No longer collateral damage. He wants to knock down all my generals and lieutenants and leave me standing alone … and then he would go for the kill!
"But that is not going to happen! We are strong. We are united. And we are standing together against all interlopers and pretenders. We have no room for
traitors."
She called the election campaign a "a great political war for the soul of our great country" and asked supporters to vote for Khadijah Ameen to win the battle and "then win the war!"

She said she was appalled at what she saw when she walked along Munroe Road, Bejucal Road, and Warren Road, which she said are in a terrible state. She added that drains are clogged and there is an invasion of mosquitoes.
She said people complained that they pleaded with Warner for years to do something to fix the problems but they did not get any help. And she asked voters to pay attention.

"Is this the great representation Jack speaks about? The air was polluted with the stench of poor representation," she said. "I wish, as leader of the UNC to apologise to the constituents of Chaguanas West for such poor representation."

She said Warner recommended 342 persons for housing – but only 21 of them were from Chaguanas West.
"In three years he recommended 3 people from Felicity for housing. That is one house a year for Felicity! When he goes to walk in Felicity – you ask him why he did not recommend you for a house or land," she stated.
