Phase II wins Panorama; budges All Stars to 2nd; nuccooneers wins in medium category

Petrotrin Phase 11 Pan Groove is the 2013 National Steelband Panorama champion, beating out ended Neal and Massy Trinidad All Stars at the Queen's Park Savannah Saturday night. All stars had been the Panorama winner for 2011 and 2012. The ban was beaten into second place.

Phase 11 gave a superb performance in the Large Conventional band category with the Len “Boogsie” Sharpe composed and arranged “More Love”, which was vocalized by Leroy “Black Stalin” Calliste. The results were announced just before three on Sunday morning. 

In the Medium Band category, NLCB Buccooneers kept Tobago on top as it was named the number one performer. It was the fourth win in succession by a band from Tobago in this category.
