Photo story: Tobago children get gifts from PM Kamla

Thousands of children turned out Thursday to take part in Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar’s third annual Children’s Christmas party at the Dwight Yorke Stadium, Bacolet, Tobago. 

She handed gift to the children who were entertained by the children’s group, JJ and Friends, and comedian Nikki Crosby.

The Tobago event was the sixth children’s party that the PM has hosted for the season. Minister in the Ministry of the People and Social Development Vernella Alleyne–Toppin assisted with the toy-distribution. 

So far the PM has distributed over 60,000 gifts to children across Trinidad and Tobago.
