When the Sunday Express visited the Diego Martin West constituency of Opposition Leader and leader of the People's National Movement (PNM), Dr Keith Rowley last week the majority of his constituents felt that he had forgotten his MP duties.
The sentiment was repeated that he had given himself wholly to the roles of Opposition and party leader, leaving no room for "the people".
At Carenage, residents said they have not seen Rowley since the May 2010 general election.
Employment is low, they said, and they feel abandoned.
