The Salaries Review Commission (SRC) is conducting a review of the terms and conditions of office-holders under its purview, including members of Parliament and government ministers.
Leader of government business in the Senate Emmanuel George tabled the Report of the Salaries Review Commission Tuesday.
The report would have to be reviewed by committees of both the House of Representatives and the Senate.
In preparation for this the Parliament has issued a questionnaire to members, seeking to obtain critical data to determine how much time a member spends on parliamentary duties.

The questions are aimed at finding out the number of hours a member spends on preparation for sittings of parliament as well as the time spend on other parliament duties.
The circular asking for MPs to fill out the document said the information will assist "the committee and our researchers in the preparation of a comprehensive proposal for the consideration of the Salaries Review Commission."
The MPs are expected to return the questionnaire by April 13.

- Cabinet ministers - $33,00
- Non-Cabinet ministers - $27,000
- Leader of the Opposition - $23,800
