Machel rules; wins two crowns

Machel Montano has done it again. He retained his Power Soca Monarch crown at the carnival show at the Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain, which ended Saturday morning. He was also crowned Groovy Soca Monarch.

Montano sang "Pump Yuh Flag" in the Power category and "Mr Fete" in the Groovy competition.
