JYOTI is shocked to learn that former Trinidad & Tobago Prime Minister and MP for San Fernando East, Patrick Manning, has suffered a stroke and is in hospital. Our prayers are with Mr Manning, his wife, Hazel and their immediate family at this time. We wish Mr Manning a full and speedy recovery.
