Photo story: TTPBA honours Horace James and Bobby Thomas

In photo, Brandon Khan of the Trinidad and Tobago Publishers and Broadcasters Association (TTPBA) presents Melissa and Samantha James with an award honouring their late father, Horace James, who passed away in 200. 

The association also presented a posthoumous award to broadcasting icon Bobby Thomas, who died in 2001.
