Media icon and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Radio 104FM, Hans Hanoomansingh, has been named as a member of a special Advisory Commission on heritage tourism for Trinidad & Tobago.
The 16-member committee will advise the Ministry of Tourism and the Tourism Development Company Limited on the development and implementation of a comprehensive Heritage Tourism Program.
The chairman of the committee is Dr. Kumar Mahabir of the University of the West Indies. Other committee members are:

- Shamshu Deen - Council of the National Trust

- Carlyle Dick - Technical Advisor to the Minister of Tobago Development
- Sherma Mac Dougall Williams - Product Development & Destination Manager, Tobago House of Assembly
- Dr. Leslie Ann Jordan-Miller - University of the West Indies
- Primnath Gooptar - Sugar Heritage Village and Museum Project
- Ricardo Bharath Hernandez - Santa Rosa First People Carib Community
