Officers of the South Western Division, Point Fortin CID, the Organised Crime, Narcotics and Firearm Bureau and the South Western Division Task Force found three marijuana fields during an eradication exercise in the Central Los Bajos forest.
The Trinidad & Tobago Police service (TTPS) said Tuesday the plantations covered three hectares and an estimated 275,000 fully grown trees. They also found 50 kilograms of dried marijuana.
