Today's health top: TUMERIC cures chronic pain

Tumeric - raw and in powder form
For today's health tip let's get back into the kitchen, not the medicine cabinet, if you want to cure chronic pain.

TUMERIC - better known as the HARDEE you put in Dahl, is actually three times more effective at easing pain than aspirin, ibuprofen or many other over the counter pain killers.

I a can tell you it works. When pain killers and physiotherapists failed to cure the pain caused my a frozen shoulder, my wife remembered that her grandmother used TUMERIC for pain. And she insisted that I try it too. And it worked!

Researchers at Cornell says TUMERIC can help relieve chronic pain for 50 per cent of people struggling with arthritis. It's because of the active ingredient, curcumin, which naturally shuts down the enzyme that creates pain-producing hormones.

Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of TUMERIC daily on rice, poultry, meat or vegetable dish. And of course, if you like to have Dahl, well you're already on to something good.

You can also crush raw TUMERIC, add it to your tea and drink that to start your day. Give it a try!
