Today's health tip: Cloves cure toothaches

It's amazing what miracles cures are sitting right at home in your kitchen.

American researchers have been discovering that CLOVES can cure toothaches. While this is something that the first world is now discovering my mother knew about it when I was a kid. And I can say from personal experience that it works.

Gently chewing on a clove can ease tooth pain and gum inflammation for two hours straight, say UCLA researchers.

The experts say there is a natural anesthetic in CLOVES called eugenol, which eases pain.

They say there is a bonus with CLOVES as well. Sprinkling a ¼ teaspoon of ground cloves on meals daily may also protect your heart.

Scientists say the ingredients in CLOVES help stabilize blood sugar levels and dampen the production of artery-clogging cholesterol in as little as three weeks.

And there is an extra, extra, bonus. CLOVES are pleasant to taste and have a wonderful fragrance. Finally, something that's GOOD is also GOOD for you!
