KAMLAS GOVERNMENT SHOULD DEMOTE ALL THOSE PERMANENT SECRETARIES.MANY OF THEN SHOULD BE ASKED AS WHAT THEY INTEND TO DO FOR THE PROGRESS OF THE PEOPLE. THEY SHOULD BE ASKED AS WHY THEY SHOULD BE KEPT ON THE JOB. iF I WERE THE PM I WOULD DEMOTE THEM TO AN OFFICE GAL OR BOY WITH THE SAME SALARY AS A PS. BRING IN PERSONS ON CONTRACT -EITHER THEY PRODUCE OR THEY GO.
