T&T flags at half mast to mourn death of ANR Robinson

In keeping with proper flag protocol Minister of National Security has advised that the national flag of Trinidad and Tobago should be flown at half mast from 1:00 pm, Wednesday 9th April, 2014 until the date of interment of Mr. Arthur R.N. Robinson, former president of Trinidad and Tobago, who died at 6:00 am Wednesday.
