Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar is on Tuesday chairing the 27th meeting of the Bureau of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) in Port of Spain.
The meeting is taking place at the Noor Hassanali Conference Room, Office of Parliament, Tower D, International Waterfront Centre, Port-of-Spain.

Dr Hon Ralph Gonzalves, Prime Minister of St Vincent and the Grenadines, and Incoming Chairman of the Conference
President Martelly is not attending but will join the meeting via video conferencing.
Prime Minister Freundel Stuart of Barbados will attend the meeting in keeping with the decision by the Conference on the matter of the Economic Situation facing Member States and the Region.
The Secretary-General of CARICOM, Irwin LaRocque, will also be present.
