OPPOSITION Leader Dr Keith Rowley’s refusal to answer questions has led an to an incomplete probe by the Privileges Committee into whether he misled the Lower House over the emails proffered in his May 20 no-confidence motion.
This was according to the Privileges Committee report laid in Parliament yesterday by Government Chief Whip Dr Roodal Moonilal.
Rowley had attended just one out of the seven Privileges Committee meetings held in June, said the report.
