National Consultation on Constitution begins meetings Monday at Centre of Excellence

The first in a series of public meetings for the National Consultation on Constitutional Reform takes place Monday from five in the evening at the Centre of Excellence, Macoya. 

The commissioners are: 

1. UWI lecturer Dr Hamid Ghany
2. Retired Justice Sebastien Ventour
3. Retired Justice Amrika Tiwary-Reddy
4. Teacher, writer, activist Dr Merle Hodge
5. Carlos Dillon

The commissionnis scheduled to present its report by May 8 in time for Legal Affairs Minister Prakash Ramadhar to keep his promise to deliver it to the Prime Minister by May 24.
