Mc Comie is a former broadcaster who worked at NBS Radio 610. He is probably best known as the journalist/broadcaster who kept communications open with the public during the failed 1990 Muslimeen coup.
He is the author a book on the uprising: 1990: The Personal Account of a Journalist Under Siege
Kimberly Mackhan and Kailash Jaikaransingh, have also joined the unit in the posts of Communications Specialist.
