Caribbean Airlines (CAL) announced on friday that it will introduce two late night flights from Piarco to Tobago.
Chairman George Nicholas told reporters one flight will leave Piarco International at 10:30pm, and the other at 12:30. He said this is to facilitate U.S. visitors heading to Tobago.
"The reason why the flights were added, is that they add connectivity to Tobago, so that passengers arriving late at night from the United States can connect to Tobago without having to overnight in Trinidad," he said.

"It makes Tobago a much more attractive destination. So we thank the Minister and the Airports Authority and Civil Aviation for allowing this to happen," he added.
Nicholas also announced that the airline will be adding 500 more seats daily to Tobago during the Carnival season, raising the number of daily seats to 2,700 seats per day.
