The Pravasi Conference will be held at the Birla Science and Technology Centre.
Located in the heart of Jaipur, it is a sprawling 9.8 acre complex which includes an interactive science museum, library, a computer centre, an information processing and dissemination cell, as many as eight research divisions, a processing planetarium and an auditorium.
The main auditorium with a seating capacity of 1350 people, is one of the largest in India, built to international conference standards.

Besides the main auditorium, there are several conference halls and seminar rooms, with a capacity of 40 to 400 persons, for parallel sessions and group discussions, or small meetings.
The Centre provides state of the art audio-visual facilities, and large exhibition space (indoor 3600 sq m, outdoor 4200 sq m). There is large dining space and a cafeteria that caters excellent cuisine. Spacious parking area allows the visitors to park their vehicles comfortably.
