Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar dropped in on vendors at the site of the demolished Salvatori Building in Port of Spain Wednesday, accompanied by the Minsiter of Housing Roodal Moonilal and Port of Spain Mayor Louis Lee Sing.

Project Salvatori 2011/2012, which was launched Wednesday provides a space for vendors during the Christmas season. The Guardian reported that Persad-Bissessar dropped in on the few stalls already set-up with a quick word for each vendor before making a quick exit.
