Former CL Financial chief financial officer (CFO) Andre Monteil has been summoned to give evidence at the Commission of Inquiry into Clico.
Chairman Sir Anthony Colman made the announcement Monday at the resumption of hearings.
Sir Anthony said Monteil is among others who have been summoned, including:
Monteil’s attorneys have asked the commission for two days to cross-examine Carballo, who testified Monday. Lawyers for former CL Financial executive chairman Lawrence Duprey wants just two two hours and Nunez-Tesheira's lawyers have asked for one hour for cross examination.
The Clico Policyholders Group also want to cross examine Carballo and have asked for three hours to do it.

- Former finance minister Karen Nunez-Tesheira
- Former CFO Michael Carballo (who testified Monday)
- Clico agent Cyril Murray
- Conveyancing attorney Jo-Anne Julien
