A 21-year-old St Ann's man is expected to appear before a Port of Spain Magistrate Tuesday to face seven charges in connection with the death of St Clair businessman Naim Ramon Sabga.
Sabga was killed on Friday night when his vehicle was broadsided by another car at the intersection of Alexandra Street and St Clair Avenue, just outside the office of the Prime Minister.
Reports say the suspect fled the scene of the accident and was later caught by police.

- driving over the legal alcohol limit
- driving a motor vehicle without a valid certificate of insurance
- driving a vehicle without a valid driver's permit
- failing to render assistance after an accident
- using a motor vehicle without the owner's consent
- failing to report an accident
