Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar and members of the People's Partnership Government begin a four-day retreat in Tobago Wednesday.The government had planned the retreat for August but cancelled it after extensive flooding all over the country.
The venue is the Coco Reef hotel.
The team will discuss various matters of state including the budget, which will be presented next Wednesday by Finance Minister Winston Dookeran. They are also expected to discuss and make decisions on the appointments of new state boards.
